Original Trade Sketch
My final Colour and Fabric Palette for this Outfit:
After finding the chiffon tartan in Hong Kong, i fell in love with the colours, however it was very difficult to find a base colour to take from the fabric and use for the bodice. I accidently had these two fabrics sitting on top of each other and was so happy with how they looked. Problem solved and i was even more excited with how this dress would turn out!
After patterns and playing around with the design: The Toille I was happy with:
Although i must admit i made very few changes to my original pattern. This outfit was quite straight forward and there were not any tough decisions or changes to make... Due to having a photo shoot with the TAFE Photography students, i had to get this outfit finished as soon as possible. We were on a tight deadline to have images submitted and the shooting date was fast approaching...
